If I were the people of Taiwan, I would sit down with the Communists and find the best solution to allow Taiwan to keep her status quote. Even US may have problem to win any war with the Communists today. Look at what the communists have. Without TSMC, Taiwan has no bargaining chip. Without power or without TSMC in any form, Taiwan will be ruined forever. You guys' lives will be stake. Will US to go war with Russia ? Why the American would lose their lives for you guys ?
