有限度的战争？这多久以前的名词了？
这是美国1950年代韩战时期，1960年代越战时期，不想把「区域性的战争」化大，变成「世界大战」，才提出这样的名词。
(当年的情况是：美国绝对有能力打苏联，但必须用「无限度的轰炸」来换取，这样一来很可能「第三次世界大战」马上爆发。美国不想搞到这个局面，所以要求前方将领打「有限度的战争」。)
如今美国国力和当年早就不可同日而语，球也不在美国手上，还想重提这个名词？

在量子技术监控和情绪安全底下时代，是可以的，他们大概是要打代理人之中的特别方案，就是代理人的死已经没有意义时，就是老大们打一架了，这架不能打太大，但是又得打，我猜是要趁科技优势，要获取参数，冷战就是有限战争啊，想多一点，就是要打冷战，可是中国喊不要冷战10年，得换个词，就是冷战，但是不能用这个词，他就是想再来一次雷根总统的苏联倒台计画，猜到了吗？
