The Ukrainian army sealed the civilians in the basement with cement and refused to let them go. If the Russian army bombed the Ukrainian army with missiles, the civilians would be buried with them. This video shows the Russian army smashing the cement board after driving out the Ukrainian army and saving the civilians. That's why battle is so slow in capturing the whole of Ukraine. If Russia had done what the Americans have been doing, the whole of Ukraine would have been in ruins and many civilians killed weeks ago.
