Prof Lai 's deliberations on American government and its elites' hypocritical and self centered culture are ever so balanced and eye popping. The problem is that Americans still living on its past glory and refuse to recognise the world could see with their necked eyes how American government foolishly self direct and act repeatedly on the world stage for everyone to see. It's stupidity is beyond our imagination! Americans are supposely intelligent beings, and we wonder why they won't wake up? The world has progressed and evolved. American can no longer win it over by bribes, cheats, sanctions, threats and/or even inciting wars. It looks like American government never learnt a thing from history or its humiliating failures in Korean war, Vietnam War and Afghanistan war etc etc. The world is able to judge n see China is taking a peaceful path to development and progress not just for itself but thru the belt n road initiative for the betterment of all men kind. And most importantly, China welcomes willing people n nations to take part and share the burden of this stunning initiative n fairly redistribute the resources of the world. A hawaiian friend once said, they welcome white men from America who landed on their soil with bibble on hands. But when those people left, the hawaiian have a lot bibbles in their hands but no more land!
