I'm not familiar with the US law, however I do hear some one mention, first of all the civilian militia is a legal entity in the US, maybe not in every state has the same legal position, still being protected by their constitution, the boy already when through civilian militia training, also join the neighboring states civilian militia, therefore it can be argue that he was there to assist the local police for street safety, that is the aurgement for curfew. As gun control, according to the same person, in some states short gun is far more straight in gun control, long and powerful firearm actually more relaxed, in some states even not in straight gun control list, reason, the hand gun or short gun which can be hidden, so people around will not be alarmed, therefore short/hand gun can potentially be extremely harmful to general public, long and powerful fire arm cannot be hidden, so people can see it and has chance to get out of shooting range, this is for the argument of holding fire arm.
Rittenhouse case results are expected because the judge has already thrown out the ones that will 100% convict him - the under threw out an illegal procession of a gun underage is FACT and proven 2)He also threw out the charges of violating curfew for which he said insufficient evidence - how could that be, Rittenhouse is making the killing after 8:00pm(curfew start time) with a gun in the middle of a street. He also let go the ONLY Black juror who made a similar inappropriate joke when this case has definitely racial aspect due to the protest/riot being about Black deaths. I forecasted the results, said I was correct.

西方还不了解中国，很多台湾人也不了解大陆。被西方舆论的的话语权愚弄太久。越和中国打交道也会觉得中国的可爱。中国不甘被西方压制和污名化，稍一反抗，就被说成“战狼外交”。难道中国只能接受被压制，只能接受进一步的污名化吗？当然不能。
中国绝对有和任何对手作战的实力，却也是最有人性之善的地方。
（在台湾的人都知道，如果在大陆的是蒋介石，如果蒋介石在1964年就拥有核武器，那么台湾早就变成废墟了。）
